Base on the kinetics of the enzyme, considering the impact of various factors to the oil extraction rate, temperature, time, substance to water ratio, and enzyme concentration were selected for a single-factorial experiment. 综合考虑各因素对水酶法提油率的影响,选取提取温度,提取时间,料水比,加酶量四个因素对工艺条件进行正交优化。
