The interaction ways between Tb3 + and horse radish peroxidase ( HRP ) were investigated for the first time using UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, atomic absorption spectroscopy and enzyme separation technique. 利用紫外可见吸收光谱、红外光谱、荧光光谱、原子吸收及酶分离方法,首次研究了稀土离子Tb3+与植物辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)(HRP)的相互作用方式。
