Based on high technological computer-assistant system as well as website resources, with the theory that EFL listening comprehension is an active process with both top-down and bottom-up information processing course, there is a necessity to establish a type of autonomous learning platform in EFL listening comprehension. 英语听力理解是一个学习者同时运用自下而上、自上而下的信息处理方法所主动进行地过程,因此基于计算机辅助程序,以及网络资源的英语听力学习自助平台的建立是十分必要的。
