CONCLUSION : EGF can increase the fibroblast proliferation in diabetic non-healing wound. But in diabetic micro-environment, fibroblast proliferation respond induced by EGF is impaired. 结论:表皮生长因子能促进糖尿病难愈性创面成纤维细胞的增殖,但是糖尿病难愈性创面成纤维细胞对于表皮生长因子的增殖应答被削弱。
