In this paper the polyaniline free standing film with better electric conductivity and mechanical properties was prepared by electrochemical method and doping with perchloric acid. 采用电化学方法,以高氯酸为掺杂剂,合成了具有较好导电性能和机械性能的聚苯胺自支撑膜。

Two kinds of free standing films with properties of compact textrue and good chemical stability are obtained using plasma technique. Diamond film wafers with different thickness were prepared by high power DC arc plasma jet CVD method. 采用苯胺的等离子体聚合法,得到致密度高、化学稳定性好的自支撑膜。采用高功率直流电弧等离子体CVD工艺制备了不同厚度的金刚石自支撑膜。
