Approach to Creation of NURBS Virtual Model Based on IGES 基于IGES标准的NURBS虚拟仿真模型生成方法
The paper took product 3D model which transformed form IGES format to VRML format as study object, studied deeply collective technology route that implements visualization of product 3D model, technical theory base, key algorithm, and developed a suit of prototype software system. 本文以产品的IGES模型向VRML模型转换为研究对象,深入研究了产品3D模型网络可视化实现的总体技术路线、技术理论基础、关键算法,并开发了相应的原型软件系统。
Basing on studied native and foreign development status of geometry sculpture and production model, the paper lucubrates IGES data structure, brings forward the conversion method of production data model in virtual machining environment. 本文在研究国内外几何造型和产品模型的发展状况基础上,深入研究了IGES的数据结构。提出了虚拟环境下的产品数据模型的转换方法。
This method sculpts the entity of complicated model by other CAD system, and saves in IGES file format, finally machines through entering virtual machining environment using production model conversion interface. 该方法通过其它CAD系统对复杂模型进行实体几何造型,再以IGES文件格式进行存储,最后运用产品模型转换接口调入到虚拟加工环境下进行加工,着重体现了该系统的通用性和广泛性。
In doing so, the defects such as component information losing and decrease of analysis precision caused by model remedy, which were generated when the model of complex components was led to ANSYS in the form of IGES format, were eliminated. 这种方法克服了复杂零件模型以IGES格式导入ANSYS时造成的诸如零件信息丢失、进行模型修补会降低分析精度的缺点。
