Objective To assess the value of Gamma knife combined with whole brain radiation therapy for brain metastases. 目的评价脑转移瘤伽玛刀联合全脑放射治疗(WBRT)的价值。
Group B underwent 30 Gy / Fx whole brain radiation therapy and 9 Gy / 3Fx for metastatic foci. B组行全脑放射治疗(WBRT),总剂量为30Gy/10次,然后转移灶再追加9Gy/3Fx放射治疗。
The gamma knife treatment group had a single radiation of circumference dose of 18 Gy and a central maximum dose of 32 ~ 36 Gy, followed by 30 Gy / 10Fx whole brain radiation therapy. A组先行伽玛刀1次照射治疗,周边剂量为18Gy,中心最大剂量为32~36Gy;再行全脑放射治疗(WBRT),总剂量为30Gy/10次。
The volume of metastases, state of the primary disease, kps, extracranial metastases, recursive partitioning analysis ( RPA ) class, adjuvant whole brain radiation therapy ( WBRT ) were the most importance factors associated with the effect of stereotactic radiotherapy. 原发灶状况、脑转移瘤的体积、立体定向放疗前后是否加全脑放疗、一般状况评分、回归分割分析(RPA)分级、是否存在颅外转移等是影响脑转移瘤治疗效果的主要因素。
