This paper expounds the theory of education cost sharing, points out the problems existing in the process of implementing this sharing system, analyses the cause of the problems from the angle of equity and gives policy suggestion to improve the system. 阐述了教育成本分担(ECS)理论,指出了我国教育成本分担(ECS)实施过程中存在的问题,从公平的角度分析了出现这种问题的原因,提出了完善高等教育成本分担(ECS)政策的一些具体措施。
