Based on the working experience, with respect to general feature of pumps used in chemical factories, a set of methods to calculate the parameters, such as flow volume, head, net positive suction head and shutoff pressure, of pumps was summed up. 在整理以往工作经验的基础上,针对化工厂用泵的一般特点,总结出了一套计算泵的流量、扬程、净正吸入(NPS)压头和憋压等设计参数的方法。
This paper provides an analysis of the causes for cavitation in water pump, and the interrelationships between cavitation and installation level as well as the relations between installation level and vacuum degree and net positive suction head using energy equation. 分析了离心式水泵发生汽蚀的原因,指出了它与安装高度的内在联系,并运用能量方程说明安装高度与真空度及汽蚀余量的相互关系。
The outlet pressure fluctuating characters were determined by the root mean error.
