The results show that low temperature stress of the blade relative increase in conductivity and free proline content, relative water content reduced, chilling injury index rises with the temperature stress strengthen. 结果表明,低温胁迫使叶片相对电导率及游离脯氨酸含量增加,相对含水量减少,冷害指数随着温度胁迫加强而上升。
