The TiB-Ti cermets with high relative density were fabricated by self-propagating high temperature synthesis and pseudo hot isostatic pressing ( SHS / PHIP ) process. The effect of Ti content on TiB-xTi cermets was investigated. 通过自蔓延高温燃烧合成,结合准热等静压工艺(SHS/PHIP)制备了相对密度超过94%的TiBxTi基金属陶瓷复合材料,研究了金属Ti含量对燃烧合成TiBTi基金属陶瓷复合材料的影响。
In order to improve the plasticity and mid-temperature properties of K403 alloy, fine grain cast process was adopted and hot isostatic pressing ( HIP ) and heat treating process were taken. 为了提高K403合金的塑性和中温力学性能,采用细晶铸造工艺进行铸造,并对铸件进行热等静压和热处理。
