Based on NC electrical discharge grinding ( EDG ) machine, the NC spiral servo feed system for machining small diameter PCD twist drills machining system is developed. The machining principle of this system, designs of the mechanism and the servo control system are introduced. 基于数控电火花磨削(EDG)加工机床,研制了用于加工小直径PCD麻花钻头的数控螺旋伺服进给加工系统,介绍了系统的加工原理、机械系统和伺服控制系统的设计方法。

A novel technique named double electrodes synchronous servo electrical discharge grinding ( DESSEDG ) for non-conductive engineering ceramics, which can integrate the advantages of electrical discharge machining ( EDM ) and grinding, is presented to achieve high efficiency precision machining. 为了解决非导电工程陶瓷的高效精密加工问题,综合考虑电火花加工和机械磨削的优点,创造性地提出了非导电工程陶瓷双电极同步伺服电火花机械复合磨削新工艺。
