The results reveal that ferric pyrophosphate and ferric sodium edelate used as Fe-fortifier are stable. Ferric content in salt is 600mg / kg ~ 1200mg / kg. The colour and the oral sensation can not change obviously. 结果表明,以焦磷酸铁(FER PYRO)和乙二胺四乙酸铁钠为铁强化剂,稳定性较好,铁含量(以铁元素计)可达600mg/kg~1200mg/kg,颜色和口感不会明显改变。
