The present article reports production study on rough surface biaxially oriented polypropylene film in three aspects, i.e.the formation of β crystals in the cast with a T die extruder, the influence of stretching conditions on roughening, and the influence of MI of the polypropylene base resin. 从T型机头挤出厚片中β结晶的形成,拉伸条件对粗化的影响,聚丙烯粒子的MI对形成β结晶的影响三个方面进行了粗化膜的生产研究。
