For the purpose of gaining output characteristic and unit power factor, this paper proposes a method that the controls for fore-stage power factor correction and second-stage inverter bridge of arc welding inverter are realized by digital signal processor ( DSP ) based on PWM-rectifier and inverter technics. 为了使弧焊逆变电源具有单位功率因数和恒电流输出特性,在研究PWM整流、逆变技术的基础上,提出了采用DSP实现弧焊逆变电源功率因数校正控制和后级逆变桥路控制的策略。
