The adsorption of diazepam on microcrystalline bismuth subnitrate in simulated gastric fluid at 37 ℃ was found to obey the Freundlich and Langmuir relationships. 用体外实验法,研究微晶次硝酸铋于人工胃液中37℃时对安定的吸附作用。微晶次硝酸铋吸附安定,符合Freundlich吸附等温式及Langmuir吸附等温式,有可能为单分子层吸附。
